Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor Bags, Sheet and Desiccants
We offer custom made 2 or 3 dimensional bags apart from Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor sheets in both Paper & film. Our Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor technology is based on the combined principles of polarity and volatility. When metals are in the vicinity of Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor products, the chemicals volatize in the ‘enclosed’ environment and form a protective molecular layer, which inhibits corrosion. The main benefits of the Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor technology is in its ability to self-apply and dissipate.
Aluminium Foil Barrier Bags, Sheets
We offer Moisture barrier bags, also known as foil bags, which are one of the most effective packaging solutions in the market today to protect against corrosive damage caused by humidity, moisture, oxygen, salt spray, aromas, grease and other airborne contaminants. The process involves vacuuming of air entrapped inside the package. Products bagged and sealed in properly controlled production environments remain protected indefinitely, as long as the correct moisture barrier materials remain intact.
Stretch Film: Pre Stretch/Machine Stretch/Manual Stretch
Stretch films are stretchable plastic films that are wrapped around an item to keep it tightly bound together with others. Stretch films are often used as an external layer of packaging not just for binding, but also to offer some degree of protection against the forces of nature. Various grades of stretch are available based on the required application. Some are pre-stretched to offer a higher Ievel of tensile strength. Manual stretch films offer flexibility and stretch to absorb movements and shocks. We also offer Machine stretch films.
ESD Safe – Static Shielding / Antistatic Bags
Static shielding bags – ESD safe bag is a shielding bag that offers enhanced durability. The outer layer is static dissipative 48-gauge polyester. A metallised layer is buried between the polyester and an antistatic polyethylene (PE) inner layer. The metallised polyester (MET-PET) is an excellent ESD shield and the PE prevents turbocharging of the bag contents. We offer 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional Static Shielding Bags. Antistatic LDPE Bags are low-static generating pink polyethylene bags, used for packing and transporting ESD safe components and devices in-house or to customers. We offer custom sizes as per our customers’ requirements.
Honeycomb Boards
Honeycomb boards are made of paperboard in the form of honeycomb. Such boards provide for superior strength and shock absorption for heavy-duty outer packaging, while also saving on weight and material used due to its hollow hexagonal inner shape. It can be cut and shaped in various forms and thereby is a natural choice for multiple packaging applications, where cost for outer packaging is of critical concern, while not sacrificing on strength. Products offered in Kraft paper Honeycomb boards include fabricated packing buffers, 3D corner protections, honeycomb board boxes/trays and honeycomb board paper pallets.
PP Fluted Collapsible Boxes & Trays
Plastic corrugated collapsible boxes and trays are made from lightweight material, and are used in industrial, automotive and other sectors. This material offers durability and better appeal for more valuable and lightweight product packaging. Collapsible boxes and trays allow the packaging material to be re-used in many cases, thus being able to reduce the overall cost of packaging. It provides for not just transportation, but is also used in display for several product applications. PP fluted Board products are available in various grammage and thickness.
Dunnage Bags
Dunnage (Air) Bags are air-filled bags made primarily of paper and plastic. These bags serve multiple purposes such as filling voids between materials and the transport/ storage containers, absorb loads and absorb vibrations. Thus they provide solid stability from unwanted vertical/ horizontal movements after loading, and during transport. Dunnage bags are cost effective, lightweight, reusable, recyclable and can take various shapes based on the adjoining material they are placed between. We offer multiple options of such bags.
Straps: PET Straps/PP Strap/ Container Lashings & Buckles
We provide strapping solutions to strap and secure transportation of cargo in supply containers, such as cartons or boxes. These straps offer a lightweight solution having superior tensile strength for binding products together. Container lashings and buckles are used to tie and bind the straps together at ends, and also at corners for securing products together – thereby arresting movement during handling.
Edge Guards
Edge guards are used to protect the products and reinforce existing packaging. Made from environment friendly and recyclable paper, it protects the packaged product against the strapping damage at the time of transportation and handling of goods. We offer paper angle boards in various length, width and thickness for a multitude of product classes and types.
Indicators: Tilt Indicators/Shock Indicators
We offer highly reliable and cost effective tilt and shock indicators. They include steel disc and colored glass tilt indicators which indicate whether the product being transported has been tilted left or right, the degree of tilt, or if complete overturn has occurred. Similarly, shock or impact indicators record any impact to the handled product and several models also record the level of impact and the time. We offer most kinds of indicators to be used along with our other packaging materials.
