Diversity and Women Empowerment
More than 40% of our factory staff across India are women and some of them have been employed with us for over 20 years. SUPERPACKS undertakes a conscious effort to recruit and empower more women to obtain greater respectability and financial independence within their families, and society at large. Employment with us allows them to contribute holistically to their homes - enabling them to go beyond just making a home and raising children.
Akshaya Patra
The Akshaya Patra Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation headquartered in Bengaluru, India. The organisation strives to fight issues like hunger and malnutrition in India, by implementing the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in government schools and government-aided schools. SUPERPACKS has donated a van for the exclusive use of Akshaya Patra and our teams also participate in their volunteering activities to enable food and nourishment with dignity for school children.
