Helping Build an Inclusive Future

At SUPERPACKS we are shaped by our values, among which are Respect and Generosity. We respect not just our relationships with people in our immediate sphere of business, but also our relationship with the society at large in which we operate and thrive.

As an acknowledgement to society’s contribution in our growth, we are always looking at paying it back or paying it forward in more ways than one – with generosity and a sense of service to those who are less fortunate.

We have undertaken several CSR activities wherein we actively contribute not just our resources but also our time and strategic inputs.

  • Diversity & Women Empowerment

More than 40% of our factory staff across India are women and some of them have been employed with us for over 20 years. SUPERPACKS undertakes a conscious effort to recruit and empower more women to obtain greater respectability and financial independence within their families, and society at large. Employment with us allows them to contribute holistically to their homes – enabling them to go beyond just making a home and raising children.
  • Akshaya Patra

The Akshaya Patra Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation headquartered in Bengaluru, India. The organisation strives to fight issues like hunger and malnutrition in India, by implementing the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in government schools and government-aided schools. SUPERPACKS has donated a van for the exclusive use of Akshaya Patra and our teams also participate in their volunteering activities to enable food and nourishment with dignity for school children.
  • Dhawale Memorial Homeopathic Trust

The M. L. Dhawale Memorial Trust (MLDT) started with looking after patients literally under the blue sky, and gradually grew to one rural clinic. It now comprises of 6 Centres, 5 hospitals, 10 urban clinics, 16 rural clinics, 4 mobile medical clinics and reaches out to over 2 lakh patients every year. SUPERPACKS has assisted in the rural clinics by donating time and resources to contribute towards free/ affordable healthcare to the less served sections of our society.
