Uday Bapu
Managing Partner &CEO
Driving the company’s vision, R&D, manufacturing operations, and customer relations is Managing Partner Uday Bapu. An emerging business leader, he has extensive knowledge of packaging materials and processes across various countries, with a background in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisonsin, Madison. His accomplishments range from being a start-up CMO to Mathematics teacher prior to working with SUPERPACKS.
Aditi Kadur
Managing Partner & CFO
As Managing Partner of SUPERPACKS, Aditi Kadur is in charge of the accounting and legal functions of the company. Also a chartered accountant by qualification, she has won several accounting awards during her time at prestigious firms such as Ernst & Young, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Swaroopnath Guha
Chief Operating Officer
Having been a part of the SUPERPACKS team for over 30 years, Swaroop is a seasoned leader with an understanding of the unique needs of our customers across various industries. He is highly skilled in product conceptualisation and development, as well as design innovation and sales, and excels in providing solution-based problem solving.
Venkatesh Kudapali
General Manager, Bengaluru
As the Business Unit Head in Bangalore, Venkatesh is responsible for operations and customer relations for SUPERPACKS. Having been associated with us for over 15 years, he has seen SUPERPACKS grow over decades from its fledgling stage to the pan-Indian company it is today. Prior to SUPERPACKS, he used to work at Nordson, and his experience and expertise is still valuable even today.

General Manager, Goa
Having been associated with SUPERPACKS since 2003, Nilesh heads our operations in Goa. He was one of the earliest recruits at the company and has reliably grown with us over his 20+ year's tenure with us. Consistent, reliable, with strong leadership qualities, Nilesh is one of the most valuable members of the SUPERPACKS family.
Tamileneyan
General Manager, Chennai
As the Business Unit Head in Chennai, Tamilenayan is responsible for operations and customer relations for SUPERPACKS. With an association spanning 15 years and counting, Tamilenayan has been overseeing the growth in the Chennai market. Prior to SUPERPACKS, he used to work at GE, with his work ethic and keen insight attesting to that legacy.
Vikas Sharma
Rudrapur Unit Head
With an association spanning 16 years and counting, Vikas Sharma is commander in chief of our Rudrapur unit. From day-to-day housekeeping of the unit, to logistics and operations, his attention to detail and work ethic are indispensable to our success in the region.
Marimuthu Jayram
Head - Group Finance & Accounts
Marimuthu spearheads the Finance function at SUPERPACKS. His core day-to-day responsibilities include management reporting, monitoring of internal controls and reconciliations, as well as working capital management.
His involvement in ERP implementation, affixing transactional controls and inventory management to implement various SOPs has played a key role in optimising and streamlining all business transactions.
