To provide a robust, transit-safe packaging design, we require the complete journey of your product from Origin to Destination. Please find the link to our Design Requirement form which needs to be filled out by our customers. Our experienced Design team will analyse these inputs and engineer a prototype design, along with a cost approximation.  Post customer approval on design and commercials, we will provide a prototype sample for fitment testing. Once the fitment test is cleared, the packaging solution will undergo rigorous testing at a 3rd party Testing Lab as per ISTA Guidelines.

Currently we have 6 units spread across Bengaluru, Chennai, Goa & Rudrapur (Uttarakhand). We will be opening a new facility in Pune in Q1 2023. As transport packaging tends to be highly volumetric in nature, we are always in discussions with our customers to set up dedicated units in their vicinity to facilitate the highest service levels.

Paper Corrugated boxes are best suited for Shipping Containers.  There are several types of Corrugated Boxes, and your product will determine what the best type for its shipping will be.

All shipping boxes are custom-made. To achieve maximum loading efficiency in a truck, it is advisable to adopt custom-made boxes pertaining to your specific requirement.

We engage 3rd party testing facilities such as IIPM (Indian Institute of Packaging) in Mumbai and Chennai. As members of ISTA (International Safe Transit Association), we follow all their prescribed test procedures which is considered the Gold Standard for all package testing.
