The customer is a leading manufacturer of water purification equipment. The desired solution was meant to reflect the brands environmentally-conscious practices.

Challenge

Providing high-quality packaging within extremely tight deadlines.

Objective

To mitigate the environmental impact by reducing the use of wood and minimize the production cycle and packaging time, while lowering the overall packaging cost.

The Superpacks Solution

We designed a composite packaging solution that consisted of wood, paper and expanded PE foam that reduced the use of wood without compromising on the strength of the packaging material. Moreover, the packaging was designed to be reusable, which only further added to the brand’s environmental ethos.
